Tutorial: invoice with QR payment
Step-by-step guide
Let's issue an invoice with a QR payment code.
- At the top you see who owes you and what is overdue.
- Create a new one with Issue invoice.
- Choose the job and the customer. A company is filled in from the registry by its ID number.
- Add items: description, quantity, unit and price. VAT and the total are calculated for you.
- Save the invoice.
- The preview shows the QR code. The customer pays by scanning it in their banking app.
- Email the invoice with a PDF. Once it is overdue, a reminder is one tap away.
- Done. The invoice is out and you know when the money will arrive.
