No. MůjStavebník runs in the browser on computers, tablets and phones. Workers add it to their phone's home screen and open it like a regular app.

The worker picks the job on the phone and taps “Record arrival”. The time, the phone's location at that moment, its accuracy, IP address and device are saved. The system compares the location with the site and shows whether the worker checked in on site or not. The location is not tracked continuously – only at arrival and departure.

The break is deducted from each finished shift and the hours worked are multiplied by the employee's hourly rate. At the end of the month you check the timesheets, close the month and download attendance as PDF or CSV for your payroll accountant.

Yes. All three plans include unlimited users, so they suit a sole trader as well as a larger company. What you don’t need, you don’t use – and you can hide it from employees.

Issue an invoice with items and VAT (including reverse charge) and send it to the customer by e-mail with a PDF and QR payment. After the due date, sending a reminder is just as easy. Upload received documents as a PDF or photo and OCR extracts them.

The designer is part of the Complete plan. You enter the room dimensions, place fittings from the catalogue and choose wall and floor tiles. The system calculates quantities and material consumption, draws a technical drawing with floor plan and wall elevations according to ČSN and shows a realistic 3D view. You download the drawing and the visualisation as PDF for the customer and for tradespeople.

Unfinished forms and changes stay saved on the device and are sent once the connection is restored.

Only users of your company, according to the permissions you set. Data is separated from other companies and regularly backed up.

No. An employee only sees the jobs they are assigned to and the modules you allow. Wages, rates, budgets and job profit stay with the owner and the office. They cannot delete anything.

Yes. You create a link with a QR code for each job. On it the customer sees steps, inspection days, diary entries and photos, without prices or internal notes. You can revoke the link at any time.

For the selected month, download a file to import into POHODA, Money S3, ABRA Flexi, MRP-K/S or DUEL, or in Slovakia into POHODA SK, Money S3 SK, KROS OMEGA or MRP (issued and received invoices with items and VAT). Other software gets ISDOC or UBL (Peppol) e-invoices in bulk, or a ZIP package with a CSV overview, the PDF and ISDOC of every issued invoice and the originals of received documents. Attendance is exported to CSV for payroll.

Yes. A received invoice in ISDOC format – as a separate file or embedded in a PDF – is read exactly, including items, VAT and the bank account. Other documents are read by OCR from a PDF or photo.

Yes. For tools and vehicles you enter the inspection or MOT date, for employees the validity of safety training, medical check-ups and other certificates. A month in advance, the date appears in the alerts.

MůjStavebník is an online system for running a construction company. It keeps jobs and the site diary, attendance from the phone, pay, quotes and invoices with QR payment, stock and tools, company chat and 3D interior designs in one place. It works in the browser and in apps for Android and iPhone.
